    •  Wax

    Our candles are made from proprietary wax blends that include soy, coconut, apricot & paraffin waxes.

    • Wicks

    Our wicks are primarily Wood Wick sourced from ethical & sustainable suppliers, other wicks used are made from 100% cotton and contain no traces of lead.

    • Fragrance

    Our candles contain fragrances made from essential, natural, and synthetic oils.

    • Vegan & Cruelty free

    Our candles are 100% vegan friendly and cruelty free, as they do not contain any animal products, nor have they been tested on animals.

     

     

    •  Tunneling

    When a candle tunnels, it is likely that the candle has not been burning long enough for the wax to pool from edge to edge.

    If the candle has begun to tunnel, burn the candle for 3-4 hours to allow the candle to self-correct. Continue to burn in 3-4 hour increments until the candle self- corrects.

    •  Soot

    Soot is a natural occurrence for any candle. If your candle is continuously releasing soot, it can be the result of carbon build-up on the wicks, not trimming the wicks of the candle, over-burning the candle, or burning the candle in an area that is receiving a draft from a vent.

    If you are experiencing excessive soot, try trimming your wicks to 1/8’’, moving your candle to another location, or extinguishing your candle if it has been burning for more than 3-4 hours

    •  Fragrance

    Fragrance is subjective, and some fragrances are stronger than others. Try to move the candle to another location.

    Single wick candles for smaller rooms, double wick candles for medium sized rooms, and triple wick candles for larger rooms.

    •  Wick

    Wax and fragrance can occasionally clog the wick.

    Extinguish the flame, wait for the candle to cool, trim the tip of the wick, then twist the wick with your fingers to loosen the fibers in the wick. This will allow for the fragrance and wax to more freely absorb through the wick.

  • Yes. Our wax blends, wicks, and oils are chosen for a clean, long-lasting burn. Luxury should enhance the room, not pollute it.

  • Standard size burns 45–60 hours, depending on wick trimming and how aggressively you stare at it while it burns.

  • Every single one. Human hands. Real intention. No shortcuts.

  • Because natural wax has a personality. It doesn’t affect performance, and honestly, perfection is overrated.

  • We’re working on it. For now, Australia only. Good things take time. Great things take control issues.

  • No. We can’t re-sell your buyer’s remorse. But damaged or incorrect orders are always fixed immediately. We have small volume candles available as well as assorted multi candle gift packs which are a great way to introduce yourself to the range of fragrance options.

  • Yes — softly. Enough to feel expensive, not enough to sound like a campfire.

  • Love Burns is priced the way it is because nothing about it is accidental.

    We don’t optimise for speed, volume, or mass appeal. Every vessel is chosen to be kept. Every fragrance is built to unfold, not shout. Every candle is poured in small runs so it behaves the way it’s supposed to when it’s lit, not just when it’s photographed.
